We are currently seeking suitable candidates to fill the following positions;

Network Operations Centre Engineer (Ref: NOC61d)

Based in our Dublin office, the position involves remotely monitoring and diagnosing server class systems in customer sites as well as providing telephone support to clients and Qualcom field support teams.The job requires;

  • 3rd level ICT qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years ICT experiece with some time in a similar role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent desktop/server hardware and OS diagnostic skills. 
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional communications skills.
  • Industry certification to MCSE level (or similar) with strong knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server, Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), MS Server OS, Novell Server OS, MS Exchange, Active Directories and TCP/IP.

 

Field Service Engineer (All Grades) (Ref: FSE512d)

Based out of our Dublin office, delivering on-demand diagnostics and break/fix services to our customers across Ireland. The job requires;

  • 3rd level ICT qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years ICT experience.
  • Full driving license.
  • Excellent desktop/server hardware and OS diagnostic skills. 
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional communications skills.
  • Industry certification preferable, but not required.

 

Helpdesk Engineer (Ref: HDE512d)

Based on site in the office of one of our Dublin clients, delivering a mix of telephone and deskside support including call logging and diagnostics. The job requires;

  • 1 years ICT experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent desktop hardware and OS diagnostic skills. 
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional communications skills.
