Qualcom are able to provide us with Nationwide Field Support over 100 different locations. While they may have a large customer base, with the service they provide it's as if you're their only customer. They're always available 24 X 7. I've always found the Qualcom team to be highly professional and willing to go that extra step.  If they say they'll do something, they really will! This means we can continue to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
